  • We offer telemedicine healthcare services to people in the state of Florida. We have easy online scheduling including same day appointments. Telemedicine is the delivery of healthcare services through HIPAA secure video and audio visits, allowing you to connect with your provider remotely without coming into an office. It is appropriate for many routine, urgent, and follow-up concerns.

    Care is provided by an Autonomous Florida-licensed nurse practitioner in accordance with state regulations..

    Telemedicine services are available only to patients physically located in the State of Florida at the time of their appointment.

  • We offer affordable direct pay, also known as cash pay pricing based on the visit type and complexity. All prices are listed on the scheduling page and on this site under Direct Pay Prices. We also accept some insurance plans (PPO and some Direct Medicare/Medicaid) with more to come in the near future. You can check with your plan to find out if we are in network if you have an HMO or PPO plan. If you have an HMO plan we MUST be assigned as your PCP.

  • As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I see all ages from newborn through geriatric. Some conditions may not be appropriate for telemedicine visit, especially with newborns and infants so please do not delay emergency care if you feel emergent need to be seen. If we are seeing a minor, parent or legal guardian must be present for the start of the visit to provide consent and show guardianship.

  • We can see you from anywhere in the state of Florida through telehealth. This allows flexibility in your schedule so you can better access care without as much down time from work or school. We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication with each patient to deliver an individualized health plan that keeps you at the center of your health. We integrate laboratory testing and imaging when needed and appropriate to ensure you get the most comprehensive care possible. All this available from the comfort of your home.

  • We provide care for a broad range of both physical and mental health concerns. We treat both acute and chronic conditions. We are able to order the same testing and treatments you expect in traditional in office visits including lab testing, imaging orders, referrals for other specialists and prescription medications as appropriate.

    Some acute conditions, we treat include but not limited to cough and cold symptoms, sinus symptoms and other upper or lower respiratory conditions, mild to moderate skin conditions and rashes which are appropriate for video evaluation, and non-emergent gastrointestinal complaints (including gastroenteritis and possible urinary tract infections).

    We also manage many ongoing chronic conditions, including high cholesterol, diabetes, migraines, hypertension, hormonal disorders, migraines, mental health concerns and more.
